]]> Etsuro Sotoo is a famous Japanese sculptor, and one of the principal sculpting the figures of the Sagrada Familia.
The Bodega Torelló has him now selected to design the bottle and the case for its new Cava Torelló Brut Gran Reserva.
Etsuro Sotoo wanted to pay tribute to the Finca Can Martí, the origin of all the Cavas of this Bodega, and with a Gaudi-influenced style.

The Cava Torelló Brut by Etsuro Sotoo Gran Reserva is made with Chardonnay (29%), Xarel.lo (26%), Macabeo (24%) and Parellada (21%).
50 months of ageing on the lees.
