To properly find the right proportions, we\u2019d have to conduct hundreds of taste tests. Of course, they\u2019d have to be repeated for each brand of gin, and independently corroborated. While such tests are best done \u2018blind\u2019, it\u2019s more likely that they\u2019d leave us blind instead.
