Today we want to talk about the Naveran<\/a>, a winery with a long tradition, and who maintains over the years his compromise with the seriousness, consistency and the quality of the artisan making of his own wines and cavas.<\/p>\n

The vineyards are located in Torrelavit, in the center of the Alt Pened\u00e9s. A special feature of this winery is, that the grapes, which are used for their products, come from their own vineyards<\/strong>, and so you have complete control of the grape, from the birth, growth and harvest, up to the moving to the wine cellar. Also important to emphasize his compromise with the environment, because only strict organic<\/strong> methods are used for the care of the vineyard.
\nThe variety used for the production of wines and cavas are: Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada, Chardonnay and Voignier in white, and Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Tempranillo und Merlot for red.<\/p>\n

Regarding the mentions and awards from the critics of the sector, the cavas and wines usually receive high marks reviews. As for example the Cava Perles Roses 2010<\/a>, wich was selected as the best Ros\u00e9 Sparkling Wine of whole Spain by “The Wine Advocat<\/a>” from Robert Parker<\/a>. Recently the Pe\u00f1\u00edn Guide<\/a> has awarded its wines and cavas high point ratings, which are emphasized:<\/p>\n
